Tim Nolan is a lawyer in Minneapolis. His poems have appeared in many publications and venues, including The Gettysburg Review, The Nation, The New Republic, Ploughshares, and on The Writer’s Almanac and American Life in Poetry. His poem “Red Wing Correctional Facility” was a 2014 finalist for The Forward Poetry Prize in London. His two books–The Sound of It, and And Then are both from New Rivers Press. His next book, The Field, will also be published by New Rivers Press in September 2016.
