Call to Artists for University of Minnesota

We represent the Arts & Culture team with Student Unions & Activities at the University of Minnesota. We currently have three galleries that we manage. They are:

Coffman Art Gallery in Coffman Memorial Union
Second Floor Gallery in Coffman Memorial Union
Larson Art Gallery in the St. Paul Student Center

We are planning our calendar of exhibits for next school year 2025-2026 and are currently advertising a ‘Call to Artists’.

We are looking to host quality artwork by University of Minnesota students and artists from the Twin Cities community with effort to make art tangible and accessible to the student body at the University of Minnesota. 

To apply, you’ll need to include:

• 3-5 high resolution images (300 dpi) of your work
• Contact information, email, phone number, address
• Artist biography, statement of work, and resume

Submissions are due March 7 of 2025. 

Participants will be notified by a member of the Building Art staff as to whether or not they’ve been accepted by April 25, 2025. Please let us know if you have any questions.
