Join F-O-K Studios for St. Paul Art Crawl

F-O-K Creatives is excited to invite you to apply to this opportunity to share your creative work at F-0-K Studios and be part of the St. Paul Art Crawl. We are a growing community of artists on the West Side of  St. Paul, south of Harriet Island, and many creatives open their working studios to the approximately 1,000 patrons for this annual three-day event. 

• March 16 2025: Application Due (by Midnight) 
• March 21 2025: Notification sent to applicants – not all artists will be accepted
• Event: April 25-27, 2026
• Thursday, 24 April: Set up 4 pm to 8 pm
• Friday, 25 April: Set up Noon to 4 pm
  • 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. Art Crawl (all guest artist must be ready)
• Saturday, 26 April: Noon – 8 pm Art Crawl (building open at 9 am)
• Sunday, 27 April: Noon – 5 pm Art Crawl (building open at 9 am)
  • 5 pm – 7 pm Take down

We are committed to treating creatives and their work professionally, with dignity and respect.

• $10 application fee 
• All Guest Artists must be onsite during the art crawl. 
• Guest Artists must sell items they created. 
• Guest Artists are responsible for proper insurance and protection of work and setup. F-O-K Creatives LLC, building management and owners, occupants, event organizers will not be responsible for loss, damages, or injury. No security is provided.
• Guest Artists are responsible to collect and report Minnesota/St. Paul sales tax. You will be required to upload a ST-19 Operator Certificate of Compliance with this form. 
• We ask that you be open for all hours of the Art Crawl.
• Guest Artists must provide their own tables, chairs, and displays. All items must be removed by the site within two hours of the end of the crawl. 
• By filling out this form, you agree to these conditions as a Guest Artist.
