International Art Exhibit Celebrating Diversity
Embracing Our Differences (Sarasota, FL)
Embracing Our Differences is seeking submissions for an outdoor juried art exhibit featuring 50 billboard size images and quotations created by local, national and international artists and writers. The display reflects the artists’ and writers’ interpretations of the theme “enriching lives through diversity and inclusion.” The exhibit is displayed annually in Sarasota and Pinellas counties and will be on display from January 21 – April 14, 2024. Awards are given for categories of “Best-in-Show Adult,” “Best-in-Show Student,” and “People’s Choice” (one for each location) categories totaling $6,000. A $2,000 award is also given for Best Quotation, Student and for Best Quotation, Adult.
Submissions are due by 11:59 PDT October 5, 2023.
